Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UK to UAE Healthcare Transition Toolkit website and any content, tools or services made available through it (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Culturis Health (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
The Service provides a self-assessment toolkit, readiness scoring and a relocation guide for UK healthcare professionals considering a move to the United Arab Emirates. Some parts of the Service are free; full access to result interpretations and additional guide chapters is available for a one-time fee.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the authority to enter into these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must not share your account, allow others to use it, or circumvent any access controls.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that:
- violates any applicable law or regulation;
- is fraudulent, misleading, spam-related or abusive;
- infringes our or any third party’s intellectual property rights;
- interferes with the security or proper working of the Service, including probing, scraping, introducing malware or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
5. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding, designs, text, images and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Culturis Health and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use while you have a valid account or active access. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Payment
Payments for full access are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
7. Service level
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. The toolkit is for reflection and preparation only and is not a substitute for professional regulatory, legal, immigration, financial or career advice.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay when due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use policy. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culturis Health is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for access in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
